To be eligible to receive benefits under this Agreement and this Exhibit A, Inspector will provide referrals of potential clients to ISG. For each Qualified Referral provided to ISG by Inspector and accepted in writing by ISG (a) Inspector will be eligible to receive an Incentive under one of the Programs described below. The Inspector must provide ISG with the name, address, inspection date, and at least one contact phone number of the client within 20 days of the client's home inspection being conducted by the Inspector.

Inspector may participate in one of the following Incentives, where available:

Program 1: FREE RecallChek and $10 per 90-Day Home Warranty with a valid lead. The warranty will cover the Inspector's inspection per the terms and conditions of the warranty policy. In addition ISG will include, free of charge, an automated appliance recall system to each Qualified Referral ("RecallChek") to be used at the inspector's option. The provider of the warranty and recall check program will be Residential Warranty Services, Inc.

Program 2: With each valid lead ISG will pay for your InterNACHI Buy Back Guarantee for the property associated with the valid lead.

Please List the Programs in order of your preference. The highest preferred program will be automatically provided. ISG and/or its affiliate may offer, at their option, additional benefits for submittal of previous leads for 30, 60, or 90 days prior to the commencement of this concierge program.
